Collierville Chamber of Commerce Hosts Party on the Patio

The Collierville Chamber of Commerce hosted an overflowing crowd at its Party on the Patio event on Thursday October 3. Unseasonably warm weather prompted attendees to enjoy cool refreshments and great food but didn’t seem to faze their enthusiasm for the networking event. An estimated 325 were in attendance.

Commenting on the event and the Chamber’s new energy, Chad Lindsay, Vice President and General Manager of Alston Construction, the Presenting Sponsor of the event, noted, “I love the direction of the Chamber. It’s encouraging local businesses to do business with other local companies, and it’s offering great networking opportunities.”

Reflecting similar support, Michael Nabors, Vice President of the Bank of Collierville, the Gold Sponsor of the Party on the Patio, suggested that such events, “are an open invitation to people who might not have an opportunity to meet other business representatives.“ He added, “We’ll do anything we can to help support the town.”

“I want to commend the staff of the Collierville Chamber of Commerce for organizing a first class event,” said Mark Heuberger, President and CEO of the Collierville Chamber of Commerce. “I also want to thank our Ambassadors who support us at all of our special events.”

KWAM’s Earle Farrell was on-hand conducting a live remote and interviewing several community business leaders as part of the Chamber’s weeklong “Spotlight on Collierville.”

Attendees enjoyed the culinary delights and refreshments offered by some of the community’s most popular eateries and wine-and-spirits vendors. Hospitality sponsors of this Party on the Patio included Cheffie’s Café, Dinstuhl’s, Mempops, Poplar Wines and Spirit, Cheers, Thomas Meat and Seafood, Corky’s, and Memphis Pizza Café.
