First Choice Care, Dr. Joan Allmon, and Campbell Clinic are regionally recognized for their research initiatives and patient care. They are this year’s Health Care Provider of the Year nominees at our Excellence in Business Awards.

First Choice Care is direct in their message. Dr. Joan Allmon
Dr.Joan Allmon, has been practicing medicine in the Memphis area since 2002 and in Collierville since 2009. She has been a member of Consolidated Medical Practices of Memphis, a successful multi-specialty group, for the past two years.
She attributes the success of Allmon Internal Medicine to the great teamwork of her staff and accessibility to evidence-based medicine for all of her patients. It’s a formula that allowed for a 150% growth since 2019.
A native Memphian with a medical degree from the University of Tennessee, Allmon provides primary care to adult patients from 18 to 100 and also offers a focus on women’s health care. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Allmon is a multi-year recipient of Memphis Magazine, Memphis Top Doctors Award and has been awarded Best Doctor in Collierville by the Collierville Independent.
