MAXIMUS BUILDING SUPPLY RANKED 58TH LARGEST LUMBER YARD IN THE NATION WITH MANUFACTURING

Maximus Building Supply is thrilled to announce that the company has been listed as the 58th largest Lumber Yard with Manufacturing in the entire nation.

This ranking was recently reported by Webb Analytics in the report of the 2023 Construction Supply Top 150. Webb Analytics is a data and research consultancy that helps executives in construction supply spot the trends, threats, and opportunities that matter most. Annually they publish the Construction Supply Top 150.

According to the report, it is estimated that the size of the construction supply market is nearly $615 billion. Their ranking shows that as a family-owned business with just four locations in the Mid-South, they can compete with the larger companies that have hundreds or thousands of locations across the country.

Richard Cooper took over as President in January 2022. Cooper said, “we have grown and evolved from a small building supply company to the Mid-South’s premier building supplier and are proud to be ranked 58th in the nation as a lumberyard with manufacturing. It is a testament to the hard work and service we provide to our customers.”

Maximus Building Supply has experienced tremendous growth since its inception and, with Richard’s vision for the future along with help from his business partners, Michael Head and Steve Martin, they will continue to grow.
