Prior to forming her sole proprietorship consulting business, Heyman served as Senior Vice President of Global Compensation and Benefits for a major hospitality industry corporation, as well as serving as the Chief People Officer for ALSAC for seven years. These days she enjoys working with small to medium sized businesses in a variety of fields: assessment; human resource reviews; identifying “critical talents”; succession planning for critical talents; strategic planning for human resource issues, and employee investigations.
